I went to the one in L.A. but it was much smaller than I had expected. I%26#39;m hoping this one will have more vendors.

My friend and I are flying down to the Olympia from Toronto. It will be my third. The expo is huge and there are tuns of free supplemnets!
I can%26#39;t wait to see Jay defend his crown!!! I was there two years ago when he won over Ronnie...What an awesome moment!

Expo is a huge even with lots and lots of vendors...and you never know who you might see walking around. I%26#39;m arriving early Thursday to meet the competitors and take pictures. Wait until you see the size of the men! You will have a great time!
