Try the Platinum Hotel and Spa. The rooms are very large and are perfect for a family. The hotel is non gaming and non smoking.

If you are looking for something on the strip, check out TI%26#39;s petite suites.

Check out the sticky on the top of the forum page that tells you over 100 things to do with kids.

the orleans is not on the strip but it%26#39;s real fun for the kids and adults alike.

Bellagio---really nice pool and spa, lots of shopping and even more shopping at caesars forum shops next door.

Wynn---really nice pool and spa, lots of shopping and even more shopping across the walkway at the fashion show mall.

both have great shows and are the two nicest properties in vegas.

i would agree that TI would work for you.

since a 15 %26amp; 18 year old aren%26#39;t really ';kids';, they will probably be mainly interested in shopping and TI is close to Fashion Show Mall.

Planet Hollywood might also be a good choice, as there%26#39;s a mall attached to that, and they%26#39;d probably really dig the whole celebrity vibe that PH is working on right now.

didn%26#39;t she say she wanted a 4-star place? Is TI 4-star? I really don%26#39;t know, I have seen some remodeled room pics that looked really nice.

There are plenty of shopping opportunities in Vegas at both outlet and regular malls. If they like rides- there are rides at the Sahara, NYNY and the Strat. Buy tickets to a Cirque show- I would suggest either Mystere or Love. If they like animals- Secret Garden/Dolphin Pool (Mirage), Shark Reef (MB- expensive for a small aquarium), animals at the back of the Flamingo and Lion Habitat (MGM).

Here is a list of the attractions available. I would show it to them and see what they would choose. Then you can come back to this forum and ask if they would be appropriate. They are old enough to make up their own minds about activites. To me must sees would be Bellagio conservatory and fountains(at night), Venetian canals and ceiling, Forum Shops (CP- both a mall and an attraction) and the Eiffel Tower at Paris. The wax museum might be fun for them.

If you have a car and have the time- a trip out to Valley of Fire can be combined with a paddle boat cruise on Lake Mead. VOF is a ';must see'; in my opinion and the cruise is fun. You can also visit Red Rock Canyon- drive on its 13 mile loop and/or do some hiking.
