Planet Hollywood Hotel Booked via Expedia

I have booked a deluxe room at Planet Hollywood Hotel through Expedia. The pictures of the deluxe room on expedia%26#39;s website show the rennovated rooms whereas the pictures of the deluxe room on the PH website look unrennovated. Has anyone booked deluxe rooms on expedia and what kind of room did you end up getting?

Its all to do with requesting at check inn. I stayed there last Nov and had booked the cheapest room going but by speaking nicely to the guy at check inn and requesting a strip view room that had been renovated our wish was granted.

The renovated rooms are actually called ';Hollywood Hip'; so if you booked a ';Deluxe Room'; that is what you%26#39;ll get unless you request an upgrade. That said, I think the unrenovated rooms are just fine. Enjoy your stay!
