Thanksgiving Week

I%26#39;m travelling to Vegas the week starting the 24th Nov and was wondering is it usually very busy or quiet enough I picked this week cause it was more a less the cheapest week for the whole year I could get for where I%26#39;m staying.

We went 2 years ago during Thanksgiving. To us it seemed busy, however the taxi drivers did not agree. (Our taxi driver%26#39;s said it had been slow all that week)

There were alot of people every where we went but not so many you could not move about in the casinos and restaurants.

I guess it really depends on what you consider busy or quiet. To me it seemed fairly busy (2 years ago) BUT not as bad as Disney in Orlando was years before.

Thanksgiving Week

The week leading up to Thanksgiving is generally quiet until Wednesday night and Thursday morning when many stream into Vegas for the long weekend. Otherwise the days before are the quiestest we%26#39;ve ever seen Vegas and one of my favorite times to visit. Rates are great too!

I went 2 yrs ago and flew into LV on Thanksgiving, Thursday was not busy but watch out Friday, all us Ca people come into town on Fri, Sat.

I just remember the day time weather was nice but the evening weather was freezing.

Thanks guys... I%26#39;m there for 8 nights so I%26#39;ll be there for the whole weekend was just afraid the place would be completely dead cause it was so cheap for the hotel.

I%26#39;ll be there thanksgiving week also. Flying in from new york on monday and leaving friday. staying at mgm celebrity spa suite. i cant wait.

I havent%26#39;t been for 2 years I stayed in the MGM 2 years ago stayed in the Bungalow suite and I can%26#39;t wait not that long to go really now go the weeks seem to be flying in.
