Here in chicago, I have three antique slot machines (1950%26#39;s) and when I lose, just retrieve the money.
Seriously though it is interesting to take a roll of quarters and watch how the decline occurs. Normally after the first $10.00 you will end up with approximately 8.5 then approximately 6.00 then jump back up to 12.00 or so and then it all dissappears.

The loosest slots are the ones on the junk pile in pieces.
Vegas does not have loose slots. They are the money maker.
