Bette was Great Fun!

I saw Bette Midler on Sunday. Thought the show was great fun. She%26#39;s coming back in June. Might want to book tickets if you are going. Sunday was sold out way ahead of time. Saw LOVE the second time. It was just as good as the first. Also, saw STOMP OUT LOUD. It was good, but not as much my kind of show. It%26#39;s all percussion. Beating about tunes or patterns on trash cans and pipes and such. The crowd loved it. Got a standing ovation.

Bette was Great Fun!

Thanks for sharing your info. on the shows. It is nice to get someone opinions on the shows. I have been wanting to see Bette Midler %26amp; I know now I really want to go.

Bette was Great Fun!

Thanks for the info - we want to see Bette Midler in June, and will also be going to LOVE for the 3rd time!

Are all seats for the Bette Midler show reasonable, or would you say it%26#39;s necessary to pay more for a better seat?

We had second mezzanine for Bette and although she put on a great show, we were very high and far away from the stage. Pay for the better seats or bring good binoculars.

yorkiepip, I know from expererience that the Rear Orchestra seats at the Colisseum are absolutely fine. Apart from the first couple of rows these are Category Two and, in my opinion, are a better deal than the tickets that cost around $50 more. These are the tickets that I%26#39;ve bought for Bette in July.

I can%26#39;t speak for how good or otherwise the mezzanine seats are. I%26#39;d have thought that the first mezzanine are pretty good too.

Thanks Willie for the report.

I%26#39;ve got her penciled in for June, and so far the seats available are the ones Blagger has described.

I love Bette and she%26#39;s not going to be there when I am!! I am so sad.....

Thanks for the info on the seats.

I will also chime in and say that I really enjoyed the Bette Midler show.. Went at the last minute and I probably would have picked about a dozen other shows to go to before choosing the Bette Midler show but I enjoyed it throughly.. Wouldn%26#39;t mind seeing it again.

Our seats were 3rd row of the rear orchestra in the center section. That%26#39;s section 4. They were very good. The rear orchestra seats toward the front in the center section are still in the most expensive catagory. I think the seats that were just less than these, over to the side a littlen and a little further back, would have been OK. I don%26#39;t think I%26#39;d want to be too far back because there isn%26#39;t a constant projection of her like there was for Celine. Celine had movies of her on both sides so you could see her well even up in the balcony. I%26#39;d try to stay down toward the front of the rear orchestra if possible. Over to one side or the other wouldn%26#39;t matter much.

Took Blagger%26#39;s advice and just got seats for Novembr in Section 2,Row H seats 219 and 220.

I was told this is the first row where the price breaks. Has anybody sat around here and if so were you still able to get a good view of Bette? Does she use all ends of the stage rather than stay in the centre?

Thank you for your help!

Blagger- you must have seen the show by now. How did you like it and how were your seats?
