Hi,
Just a quickie! - Does anyone know if any of the restaurants in the MGM Grand are buffet restaurants?
Thanks
MGM - Buffet?
I myself would lile some info on the MGM Buffet. I have never eaten there and would like some feedback also. Will be down in 4 days and always like to try something new each time.
MGM - Buffet?
I had the MGM buffet last year and enjoyed it. I thought there was a reasonable selection and not too pricey. Certainly better than the Luxor one. But maybe that%26#39;s not difficult....
I%26#39;ve only had breakfast at the MGM buffet. It was decent - the food was fresh and good. But it was not the Wynn, the Bellagio or Paris.
I would go back if it was comped or convenient but there are many other restaurants that I would pick over the MGM buffet.
(To be fair, I%26#39;m not a big buffet fan.)
The MGM buffet is called the Grand Buffet. It%26#39;s okay but there are far better buffets on the Strip - like Spice Market at Planet Ho. That being said, if you really have to eat at that buffet, don%26#39;t go for lunch, which is leftover breakfast food plus some mediocre lunch dishes.
We thought the MGM Grand buffet was good. There was a good variety and we would eat there again. I like the Spice Market at PH better but I%26#39;ve heard a few complaints about that lately. We didn%26#39;t eat there last week when we were there but we did enjoy the one at MGM Grand.
ate at the grand buffet several times in August. All the food we had was of good quality and there was a great selection. Is there better in Vegas, yes (wynn) but they are also much more expensive. Dont think you have anything to worry about by eating at the buffet at MGM.
We did champagne brunch on the 14th (about $29 per person including champagne and tax). I thought it was very good. Plus we got a second glass of champagne, so it%26#39;s not limited to one glass.
We also went for Breakfast last thursday, again very good. This was $14.99 each plus tax I think.
We went to the Luxor for Breakfast on Wednesday - I liked it! We went to Excalubur on Tuesday and not so good. It was a bit cheaper but not really worth saving a few $.
We also did dinner for the first time at Mandalay Bay (about $29 each incl tax). We are vegetarian so restricted for choice. However I had really good pizza, pasta, great salad. The ice cream %26#39;custard%26#39; was also delicious.
We have had the MGM buffet numerous times no problems its pretty good there are better ones out there and bad ones too.
