Please help me book my flights to Vegas (Continental)!!

I am going to LV in 2 months. To New York and then on the Las Vegas. I%26#39;m a One Pass member and have 14,000 miles. I just cannot work out the One Pass system and if I am entitled to anything.

Can anyone work it out from their website or does anyone know? I would love an upgrade on one (or more!!) legs of the journey if thats at all possible. How will I find out if I am entitled, how do I book it etc?

Also, does anyone know if the flights I will be taking are upgradeable? No sense in upgrading if there is only Economy/Coach class!!! :-D

Flights will be Dublin (Ireland)- New York (EWR, Newark). Newark- Las Vegas. Las Vegas-Dublin (via EWR).

If you need the codes of the flights (i.e the price codes: W/Y/X etc etc) to work this out let me know.

Thanks for reading and in advance for any assistance!!

14,000 miles is nothing. I have over 30,000 on OnePass. That is still very low.

DUB-EWR and EWR-DUB will certainly have First/Business Class options.

You should call Continental reservations. They%26#39;ll have all the information that you require and will be a more accurate resource than relying upon forum replies. Here%26#39;s the link with their phone numbers for various countries in Europe, including Ireland.

That link wouldn%26#39;t copy over correctly. On continental.com go to the OnePass page and there%26#39;s a link to the numbers for reservations in various countries worldwide.

Have you tried calling the Continental OnePass customer service folks directly? Speaking to a real person usually is the best way to get the real story. Sometimes the websites are very cumbersome to sort through. Most FF plans require much more than 14,000 miles to upgrade or redeem for free flights. Good luck.

There is a first class form EWR to LAS but you can not upgrade using the website. You must call Continental.

If you want to see the chart Click on:

One Pass Frequent Flyer; Use Miles; Upgrade Rewards; Upgrade Reward Chart; then click on series 0(zero) for upgrades within the US.

Make that ';from'; EWR to LAS.

You must have your account number and Pin number when calling.
