room to share...luxury

Hi

We are back to Vegas Aug/Sep 09....part of a trip to California but we couldn%26#39;t pass up the chance to call in to our second home VEGAS, BABY. We usually slum it at the Hilton for two weeks but this time we are taking our 15 year old....attitude an%26#39;all. We would like some advice from you good folks as to where to stay for some luxury this time. Just three nights I%26#39;m afraid and a second room/pull out sofa bed for the boy if poss.

Budget is unlimited...the wife is watching so better change that...is limited to $800 for the three nights.

All replies appreciated.

SEE YOU IN VEGAS.

You%26#39;re probably aware that $800 for three nights will get you great accommodation midweek, not so much at weekend.

Two possibilities that spring to mind are THEhotel where suites have a seperate living area including a sofa bed or Venetian/Palazzo though their living area with sofa bed is on a lower level to the bedroom rather than being totally seperate. A two bedroom suite at Signature may also work but may not be within your budget.

Will check those out....thanks

mandalay bay has a 2 bedroom suite - with a living area in the middle of the two bedrooms - rates can be pricey - but sometimes with a teenager the space is worth anything.

have you checked out caesars - augustus tower - my friend and i had connecting rooms there - excellent - the rooms are huge - bathroom has a jacuzzi tub - and with the connecting door - there is some privacy.

as a matter of fact, connecting rooms at just about any of the big hotels should work.

just put in a request with the reservation - make sure you belong to their player%26#39;s club - no matter which one it is and they usually try to accommodate their players - and you can usually join the clubs right online.

PLATINUM..(nonsmoke)10 min. walk from Ballys mid strip, has separate room with pullout, full kitchen, large bathroom with jetted tub.
